At Influencity, we provide a leading SaaS platform that enables brands and agencies to manage, analyze, and measure Influencer Marketing campaigns globally. We are in a phase of accelerated growth and are looking for a BDR to lead the opening of our sales pipeline in the Spanish market.

This role is 100% Outbound and is crucial for the company's strategic expansion. We are looking for someone with high self-management and proactivity who thrives in a work environment with clear and demanding objectives.

📋 What will you do in your day-to-day? 

  • 🔎 Strategic Mapping: Proactively identify and segment key accounts in the Spanish market, focusing on Agencies and Brands.
  • 💬 Execution of Outbound Cadences: Design and execute personalized multichannel prospecting sequences (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages).
  • 🎯 Opportunity Generation: Contact, qualify, and schedule Demos for the Account Executives team.
  • 📈 Achievement of High-Performance KPIs
  • 📊 Pipeline Management: Maintain impeccable quality/accuracy of the 100% Outbound pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring traceability of each interaction.

🧩 What we are looking for in you:

  • Key Experience: Previous experience in an SDR/BDR role or B2B prospecting, preferably in SaaS or technology environments.
  • Hunter Mentality: Absolute comfort and discipline in executing cold calling and high-volume outreach.
  • Autonomy and Proactivity: Demonstrated ability to self-manage a territory and achieve objectives with minimal supervision.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrable practical experience with CRMs and Sales Engagement/Outbound tools (knowledge of Genesy or similar is valued).
  • Location: Current residence or willingness to move to Madrid to work under a hybrid model.
  • Languages: High level of Spanish (native or equivalent). English level B2 (desirable, for future expansion).
