Role:

Join us as a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Nora Real Food and be part of the revolution. Your role is to drive Nora Real Food (NRF) to become the leading B2B food company in Spain. You'll play a pivotal role in acquiring new clients, expanding our reach, and embodying our mission.

Responsibilities:

  • 🎯 Prospect, strategize, and qualify potential leads 🌱
  • 📞 Engage prospects through various methods, including high-volume cold-calling, networking, email, e-marketing, campaigns, and social outreach
  • 🤝 Facilitate calls and meetings between qualified leads and the Sales team
  • 🤓 Develop a deep understanding of clients and their needs
  • 📊 Create a customised strategy for gathering and analysing prospect information online to enhance sales efforts
  • 💼 Analyze prospect business needs, processes, and requirements to offer tailored solutions
  • 📋 Confirm client needs and create initial client profiles
  • 📈 Establish and manage a comprehensive CRM system
  • 📢 Educate companies on the value and mission of Nora Real Food
  • 👥Collaborate closely with the Kitchen, Operations, CX Team, and Sales Manager

Ideal candidate:

  • 🚀 At least 1 year of sales experience and a passion for success.
  • 🎓 Minimum requirement: Bachelor's degree.
  • 🧠 Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to align challenges with goals.
  • 💻 Technical exposure is valued.
  • 🤔 Naturally inquisitive.
  • 🌍 Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • 🚀 Thrives in a high-energy sales environment and excels at teamwork.
  • 🗣️Effective communication skills and confidence in public speaking.
