📈 Your real impact
Your goal will be to manage the complete B2C sales cycle at a residential level, taking leads previously qualified by Marketing (people who already have a real and identified need) and accompanying them until the reservation and payment. 💳
- The voice and trust: You will be the voice and trust of Coolfy. 🗣️
- Volume: You will handle budgets ranging from €1,000 to €12,000. 💰
- Flexibility: You will perform 99% of your work remotely via phone and WhatsApp. 🌍
Your ability to understand the client and convey security will be the engine of our growth.
🛠️ What will you do in your day-to-day?
- 📞 Dynamic Pipeline Management: You will receive qualified leads daily. Your mission is to make that key first call to understand their real need and explain our solution clearly and structured.
- 📐 Visual and intelligent budgeting: You will request and analyze photos or videos of the clients' homes. You will need vision and spatial precision to interpret basic measurements, propose the best technical option, and launch the budget.
- ✅ Closing and follow-up: You will handle a high volume of calls and active follow-up through WhatsApp Business. You will negotiate, resolve doubts, and guide the client towards the reservation, at which point the project moves to Operations.
- 💻 Digital mastery: You will work continuously with our CRM (HubSpot), keeping information organized and processes up to date.
👤 Desired profile: Attitude, Empathy, and Agility
- 💼 Commercial experience: At least 1 year of real sales experience (B2C or B2B) working under targets and used to managing your own pipeline. It is not necessary to come from the air conditioning sector.
- 📢 Communication excellence: Absolute mastery of the phone. We are looking for excellent vocalization, clarity, good pace, and, above all, the ability to generate trust without seeing the client face to face.
- 👁️ Visual and spatial logic: Ease in interpreting spaces and measurements through multimedia content provided by clients.
- ⚙️ Technological agility: Technology is part of your daily life, you handle platforms with ease, and you are rigorous with the CRM.
- 💡 Autonomy and "Coachability": You are proactive in seeking answers, accept feedback well to continuously improve, and adapt to rapid technical learning.
📑 Conditions
- 💵 Salary: Fixed salary + attractive variable (OTE approx: €27,000).
- 🏠 Hybrid model: You will enjoy a hybrid model after the initial onboarding (Mon-Wed-Thu in the office, Tue-Fri remote work).
- ⏰ Schedule: Intensive schedule on Fridays from 9:00 to 15:00.
- 🏖️ Holidays: 25 working days of holidays.
