We are looking for a BDR with a strong entrepreneurial spirit to launch and develop the pipeline in the Italian market, working full office from Barcelona.

📋 What will you do in your day-to-day?

  • 💬 Multichannel Prospecting and Outreach for Italy: You will be the first point of contact with potential clients in Italy, using email, LinkedIn, and cold calling in native Italian to open new opportunities.
  • 🎯 Qualification with Ownership: You will not only qualify leads, but also provide insights on the dynamics of the Italian market and suggest approach strategies to maximize conversion.
  • 📊 Management and Analysis: You will keep the CRM (HubSpot/Pipedrive) updated and analyze your pipeline for Italy.
  • 🤝 Collaboration: You will work alongside the Account Executives team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
  • 📈 Achievement of Highly Ambitious KPIs: We are looking for Top Performers who want to exceed the average in commissions.

🧩 What we are looking for in you:

  • ESSENTIAL: Native or Bilingual Italian (for prospecting and business communication).
  • We are looking for a bit more business experience than the standard BDR (experience between 6 months and 3 years ideal).
  • Experience in prospecting or B2B sales is valued, preferably in SaaS or tech environments.
  • Hunter mentality and excessive ambition: You are motivated to achieve results and enjoy the challenge of opening new opportunities in a new market.
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian: you know how to connect, listen, and convey value clearly.
  • Education in Economics, Business, or related areas is valued (such as Bocconi, Esade, etc., demonstrating an analytical foundation).
  • And above all, a startup mindset: proactivity, curiosity, and eagerness to grow quickly.
