La Misión

After consolidating our technology and brand, we are looking for an Outbound BDR Junior with grit, energy and a strong desire to take on the world.

We are not looking for years of experience; we look for hunger, resilience and a highly moldable attitude. Your mission will be pure outbound: pick up the phone, connect with HR and Sustainability managers in mid-sized and large companies, and demonstrate in a 3-minute call why they need to know Waiis, scheduling high-impact demos for our sales team. 📈

Qué impacto tendrías?

  • Generation of Opportunities: You will run cold prospecting campaigns (Cold Calling, LinkedIn, Email) directed at the key decision-makers of each account. 📞
  • Initial Discovery: You will identify mobility and sustainability pains of potential clients in agile calls. 🔍
  • Strategic Scheduling: You will nurture the sales team's pipeline ensuring a steady flow of qualified meetings (SQLs). 🎯
  • Data Hygiene: You will keep the CRM pristine, recording every interaction and call note in real time to ensure clean and actionable data. 💻

  • Idiomas: Catalán y Castellano bilingües/nativos (essential for the local Catalan market). 🗣️
