📋 What will you do on a daily basis?
- 👥 Lead and develop the BDR team: You will recruit, train, and grow a young, motivated, and results-oriented sales team.
- 🎯 Lead generation strategy: You will design and iterate best practices in prospecting, from scripts to cadences.
- 📊 Metrics and KPIs tracking: You will measure performance, analyze the funnel, and constantly optimize the process.
- 🤝 Cross-functional collaboration: You will work closely with the sales and product team to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
- 🧠 Coaching and continuous improvement: You will be a reference, mentor, and growth engine for the team.
🧩 What we are looking for in you:
- Previous experience leading BDR or SDR teams in B2B SaaS environments.
- Solid sales background: you have been "in the trenches" and know what it takes to make calls, qualify, and generate pipeline.
- Analytical approach: you know how to read data, detect bottlenecks, and propose solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, English (C1+) is highly valued.
- Ability to inspire, train, and motivate a young and ambitious team.
- Experience with tools like Hubspot, Apollo, or similar.
- Entrepreneurial attitude, resilience, and ambition to grow professionally.
