BDR Team Lead - LATAM at Indigitall
At Indigitall, the leading platform in communication channels (WhatsApp, email, push), we are looking for a BDR Team Lead with great dynamism and results orientation to drive our expansion in LATAM and Spain. This position is key for growth, focusing on the support, training, and tactical analysis of our prospecting team.
The role will be crucial to ensure the quality of the opportunities generated, maintaining smooth communication between BDRs, Country Managers, and Marketing teams.
📍 Location and Modality:
- Preferred Location: LATAM (Bogotá, Colombia)
- Modality: 100% Remote with the option for one day of office/co-working in major cities if necessary.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
As a BDR Team Leader, you will be responsible for the comprehensive and strategic management of the prospecting team:
- Performance and People Management:
- Comprehensive training, constant monitoring of activity and performance of the BDR team.
- Daily operational management: training, active call listening and objection handling.
- Close monitoring and coaching for BDR profiles in LATAM and Spain.
- Analysis and Strategy:
- Rigorous analysis of daily KPIs and team performance to detect gaps and make tactical pivots.
- Direct support to the BDR team in executing inbound and outbound strategies.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration:
- Strategic collaboration with Country Managers, absorbing their proposals and ensuring the quality of opportunities.
- Constant feedback to the team on qualification and opportunities generated.
- Collaboration with the Marketing team to analyze the impact of campaigns and optimize profile segmentation.
✅ Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams or prospecting (BDR/SDR).
- Experience working with different cultures (LATAM and Europe), demonstrating sensitivity and adaptability.
- Experience in selling SaaS products and digital communication channels (WhatsApp, email, push).
- Mastery and practical knowledge of HubSpot or similar ATS/CRM for pipeline management.
- Languages: Spanish (Mandatory) and English (Mandatory).
- Valuable: Knowledge of Portuguese for Brazil.
