Ecostars is a leading company in sustainability certifications for hotels. We help tourist accommodations worldwide to be more sustainable through an internationally recognized certification system and a SaaS platform that allows hotels to monitor and report their environmental consumption data.

Your mission as BDR 🎯
As a Business Development Representative at Ecostars, you will be a key player in our commercial team. Your goal will be to generate qualified business opportunities for medium and large hotel chains in international markets. You will work closely with the Account Executives team to build a solid and strategic pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Execute outbound campaigns to contact hotels and international hotel chains.
- Qualify leads and schedule demos for the Account Executives team.
- Use tools like Hubspot for tracking and reporting your activities.
- Work with weekly task objectives: calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, etc.
- Learn and communicate the unique value of our SaaS product and the Ecostars certification.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the sales playbook.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in SaaS environments or startups.
- Very high level of English and Spanish (other languages will be valued).
- Experience using Hubspot or similar CRM tools.
- Results-oriented mindset, proactivity, and excellent communication skills.
- Desire to grow professionally in an expanding team.
- Interest in sustainability or the tourism sector will be a plus.
