At Flyboard.ai we are building AI voice agents capable of automating real conversations with customers, helping companies scale commercial and customer service operations without increasing teams.
We are a growing startup and we are looking for a BDR with a builder mentality, someone who enjoys experimenting with messages, generating pipeline, and talking to potential customers every day.
This role works very closely with the founding team, so you will have a real impact on how we take the product to market.

What you will do
🚀 Generate pipeline
- Identify companies with potential to use AI voice agents
- Prospect via LinkedIn, email, and calls
🎯 Secure qualified meetings
- Understand customer problems
- Present the value of Flyboard.ai
- Schedule demos with the sales team
- Optimize campaigns with data
🤝 Work with the founding team
- Define ICP, messages, and go-to-market strategy
- Learn about business building directly from the founders
📈 Take responsibility for your metrics
- Outbound activity
- Meetings generated
- Pipeline created
What we are looking for
We value attitude and proactivity more than having a perfect resume.
Ideal profile:
- 1–3 years in BDR / SDR / outbound sales
- Experience with LinkedIn, email, and cold calls
- Good communication in Spanish, and conversational English
- A proactive, curious, and results-oriented profile
- Comfortable working in startup environments
Bonus if you also:
- Have sold SaaS or tech solutions
- Have worked in early-stage startups
- Have used tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar
