The Challenge: Business Development Representative (BDR) Part-Time

We are looking for a  Pure Hunter . We don’t want someone who sends automated sequences and waits. We want someone with tough skin, able to pick up the phone, bust gatekeepers and speak the language of a Plant Director or Operations. Your mission is not only to schedule meetings; it is to be the architect of our outbound machinery in a sector that is not very digitalized but with massive potential.

Your Responsibilities

  • 100% Outbound Execution: Your main channel will be cold calling. You will contact industrial profiles who live phone-in-hand.
  • Strategic Qualification: You will identify discrete manufacturing companies (food, metal, forging, pharma).
  • Opportunity Generation: You will schedule high-quality meetings for the CEO, ensuring a real fit.
  • Learning Documentation: You will not only call; you will document which messages work best to help scale the process.
  • Pipeline Management: Daily use of HubSpot to track activity and ensure no lead goes cold.

Ideal Profile

Essentials:

  • Hunter Mindset: Enjoys the challenge of door-knocking and persistent calling.
  • Direct Communication: Ability to speak the "plant language" (savings, stoppages, efficiency) and not only the SaaS language.
  • Proactive Autonomy: We prefer someone who asks for forgiveness rather than permission.
  • Resilience: Ability to take “no” and continue with the same energy on call number 35 of the day.
  • Passion for AI: Be a crack at explaining the pain we solve.
  • Location: Residence in Madrid to work physically with the Hanbai team.

Nice-to-have:

  • Previous experience selling to industrial sectors or technical environments.
  • Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
