At Hanbai we work alongside a company whose mission is to help businesses find the right workspace for their growth. For them, we are looking for the person who will be their first BDR Outbound, a key position to scale the business in Spain.

Our client helps companies (especially tech startups, fintechs, and consultancies) find the workspace that best fits their culture, strategy, and growth plans. They don't sell "square meters": they advise, accompany, and save them time, headaches, and poor office decisions.

It is a real growth project, a company that has already generated business through hard work, and now wants to take the next leap by relying on a dedicated BDR and Hanbai's methodology.

🎯 Your mission

Your role as BDR Outbound will be to open the market in Spain, evangelize with the company's model, and generate qualified meetings with decision-makers in companies that are growing and need a better workspace.

It is not a "call for the sake of calling" role: here you will educate the market, stay "top of mind," and build relationships that turn into real business opportunities.

Your responsibilities:

🔍 Research and map target companies (mainly tech, fintech, business consulting, and growing companies based in Spain).

🧭 Identify decision-makers and internal champions: Office Managers, People/HR, Head of People & Culture, Country Managers, Managing Directors, and other roles facing the office search challenge.

📞 Conduct multichannel outbound (phone, email, LinkedIn) to start conversations, generate interest, and clearly explain what a flexible office is and why it can change their lives.

🎙️ Handle objections and many "no's" with calm and professionalism, maintaining contact to stay "top of mind" when the time comes for an office change.

📅 Schedule qualified meetings for the Founder, with clear context and good information transfer.

🗂️ Record all activity in the CRM (HubSpot): calls, emails, notes, next steps, decision-makers, contracts about to expire, etc.

📈 Work with daily and weekly metrics (calls, contacts, opportunities, scheduled meetings) and review results with your Hanbai BDR Manager.

🧠 Learn and continuously improve with the Hanbai team: roleplays, feedback, 1:1 sales coaching, and support in execution.

🌟 Who are we looking for?

People with energy, resilience, and a strong hunger to grow in outbound B2B:

  • You enjoy communicating, persuading, and generating conversation with people who don't know you (cold outbound).
  • You have previous experience as BDR/SDR outbound, inside sales (ideally 1–3 years) or have already done a lot of cold calling and want to make the leap to a more professional environment.
  • You are resilient: you know that hearing "no" most of the day is part of the game, and yet you keep dialing with good energy.
  • You are organized and analytical: you take care of your CRM, your lists, your follow-ups, and your tasks.
  • You are motivated by believing in the project and selling something that truly solves a problem (not just "placing" a product).
  • You feel comfortable talking to senior profiles (People, Country Managers, Managing Directors).
  • English is a plus, but it's not essential for day-to-day work.
  • You are attracted to the idea of working with a growing startup, with a light structure, direct contact with the founder, and plenty of room to contribute ideas.
