At Hanbai, we work alongside InRoom in the search for a Business Development Representative (BDR) for their team.
InRoom is a SaaS solution that allows hotels, campsites, and accommodations to communicate with their guests during their stay via WhatsApp, in an immediate and personalized way. An experience that reduces operational load at reception, improves satisfaction, and unlocks upselling opportunities.
A young product, expanding, with real adoption and a focus on scaling sales: we are looking for the second member of the commercial team to break into the Spanish market.
Your role as an Outbound BDR will be to open the market, identify opportunities, and generate qualified meetings with hotels and accommodations that can benefit from InRoom.
You don't need previous sales experience: we are looking for attitude, energy, and a hunger to learn. 💥
🔍 Research and map potential hotels and accommodations.
📞 Contact decision-makers (hotel directors, revenue managers, operations, marketing, and/or owners) via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
🎙 Generate interest and convey the value of InRoom clearly and simply.
📅 Schedule meetings for the commercial team.
🗂️ Record and update activities in the CRM.
🧠 Learn, practice, and improve every week with the Hanbai team (roleplays, feedback, and 1:1 sales coaching).
📄 Permanent contract with Hanbai (you will be part of our SDR/BDR team: the university of sales).
