🎯 Your mission as BDR

As a Business Development Representative, you will be the first point of conversation between Fresh People and many companies that are rethinking how they manage their teams.

Your role will be key to building relationships, identifying real needs, and generating impactful opportunities.

🧠 Your impact in the day-to-day

BUILD – Lay the foundations

  • Active prospecting and outbound contact with innovative companies.
  • Initial approach to understand business challenges, culture, and people.

IMPACT – Turn conversations into opportunities

  • Lead qualification and detection of fit between their needs and our solutions.
  • Generate valuable conversations, beyond selling a service.

SCALE – Grow the impact

  • Management and updating of the CRM (Pipedrive), analyzing your funnel and learning to optimize it.
  • Constant collaboration with the commercial and People team to ensure a solid and sustainable pipeline.
  • Tracking objectives and KPIs focused on quality, not just volume.

🧩 What we are looking for in you

We are not looking for “perfect” profiles, but people with curiosity and a growth mindset.

We believe you will fit well if:

  • You have 6 months – 1 year of experience in B2B sales, prospecting, or business development.
  • You feel comfortable talking to decision-makers and facing outbound conversations.
  • You know how to listen, ask good questions, and communicate clearly.
  • You have worked with CRM tools like Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar.
  • You organize well in dynamic and goal-oriented environments.
  • You speak Spanish and English fluently (Catalan is a plus).
  • You are motivated by the world of People, talent, culture, and business growth.
