🎯 Your day-to-day (spoiler: it's not monotonous)
- Open conversations and be the first voice potential customers hear from Konvo.
- Detect real opportunities and help brands sell more and better.
- Play with the funnel: organize, analyze, and improve your results in our CRM (HubSpot).
- Work with sales and marketing to keep the pipeline flowing.
- Exceed targets and celebrate as a team. 🥳
🧩 What do we need from you?
- Some experience in B2B sales or lead generation (6–12 months is enough).
- Motivated by numbers, challenges, and the satisfaction of opening new doors.
- Sparkling communication: you know how to capture attention and make a good impression on the first call.
- Organization and resilience (yes, sometimes you have to persist 😉).
- Fluent in Spanish and English (Catalan is a plus).
- Above all: proactive attitude and hunger to grow.
