Your role: Business Development Representative (BDR)
As a BDR, you will be the engine driving Uptail's sales pipeline. You won't be just an executor: you will have real responsibility, learn firsthand what works in high-level B2B sales, and have space to grow quickly within the team.
🎯 What you'll do every day
- Prospecting and lead generation: Actively identify and contact new potential clients.
- Opportunity qualification: Connect with high-level decision-makers (CMOs and CSOs) in large B2C companies.
- Internal collaboration: You will work with the team to improve processes, messages, and results.
- CRM management: Keep your funnel organized, clean, and optimized.
- Providing insights: Give feedback on the market, competition, and message effectiveness, constantly helping to improve our playbook.
