DESCRIPCIÓN DEL ROL
As a full cycle Commercial, you will be the spearhead of our expansion in France from our new strategic hub in Zaragoza. Your mission is comprehensive: from pure prospecting of workshops and distributors to closing the subscription and initial onboarding. We are not looking for passive account managers; we seek hunters with brutal communication ability, tireless energy, and the skill to transform a traditional workshop into a digitalized business through our platform.
RESPONSABILIDADES
- High-impact outbound prospecting: You will make an average of 70-100 contacts daily to identify and attract workshops and distributors in the French market.
- Full sales cycle: You will lead the entire funnel, from the first cold call and platform demonstration to closing the subscription.
- Product evangelization: You will demonstrate the real value of our marketplace, helping automotive professionals optimize their purchasing and move obsolete stock.
- Pipeline management: You will maintain impeccable control of your leads in the CRM to ensure no opportunity cools down.
- Training and culture: During the first 3 to 6 months, you will train intensively at our Huesca offices to absorb the technical knowledge and the company culture before settling permanently in Zaragoza.
PERFIL IDEAL
Imprescindibles:
- Idioma: French native or bilingual (C2) with technical negotiation ability.
- Ubicación: Residence in Zaragoza or surrounding areas and full availability to work on-site.
- ADN Comercial: A profile with high energy, resilience, and passion for selling.
- Mentalidad de Ejecución: Total focus on results and meeting daily KPIs.
- PasiÓn por la Automoción: If you like cars or understand how a workshop operates, you will connect with your client immediately.
- Actitud: We look for people who prefer to "ask for forgiveness rather than permission", with a hunger for growth.
