Role Mission: The Growth Engine 📈
The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be a key player, responsible for identifying, prospecting, and generating high-impact business opportunities in the assigned markets (Spain, Colombia, Argentina, and Central America & Caribbean). You will help position Provokers as the undisputed strategic partner in consultancy, insights, and branding.
Main Responsibilities 🎯
- Strategic Research: Rigorously map and prioritize potential clients: large corporations and leading brands in sectors such as mass consumption, services, pharma, education, fintech, and new expanding industries.
- Outbound Strategies: Develop and implement effective outbound prospecting tactics, using corporate lists and conducting high-level own research.
- Connection with Decision Makers: Contact key decision-makers (CMOs, Marketing Directors, Brand Managers, Insights or Market Research Directors, CEOs, and Commercial Directors) through various channels.
- Consultative Presentation: Present the value of Provokers and its services in a consultative manner, adapting the discourse and arguments to the industry, the client's business challenge, and the level of the interlocutor.
- CRM Management: Keep contact information, accounts, and all activities rigorously updated in the company's CRM (our source of truth).
- Lead Generation: Generate, schedule, and follow up on demos or presentation meetings with qualified potential clients.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work in coordination with the Commercial and Marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns, measure results, and optimize messages.
- Value Contribution: Provide ideas, market insights, and creative proposals to continuously optimize the commercial process and communication.
Ideal Profile: Strategist and Curious 🧠
- Relevant Experience: Proven previous experience in business development, B2B consultative sales, or B2B marketing, preferably in agencies, consultancies, or companies in the insights / branding / communication sector.
- Knowledge of the Ecosystem: Solid knowledge or affinity with the world of marketing, mass consumption, innovation, and brands.
- CRM Management: Advanced mastery of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) for managing pipelines, contacts, and activity reports.
- Executive Communication Skill: Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence with high-level executives (C-Level, directors, managers).
- Analytical Mindset: Analytical ability, insatiable curiosity, and strategic sensitivity to quickly understand the client's business challenges.
- Proactivity and Creativity: Proactive profile, with initiative and creativity to find solutions and opportunities where others do not see them.
