Its core is a high-performance booking engine, accompanied by solutions that complete a solid commercial ecosystem:
- Price Seeker (rate shopper to compete on prices).
- Digital Suite (marketing tools focused on conversion).
- Parity Payments (payment gateway connector).
- Ring to Travel (24/7 booking agents in 5 languages).
They work with Mid Market hotels and vacation resorts, where every booking has a soul and every decision matters. Their mission is simple and forceful: help the hotel sell more on its own, reducing commissions and returning control to the host.
Your mission 🛰️
As a BDR in the Paraty Tech project within Hanbai, your challenge will be to open the market in the hotel sector and generate qualified opportunities for the company's different solutions.
You will be the first voice the hotel hears, the bridge between their need and our technology.
Pure prospecting, persistence, and craft: this is where true salespeople are forged.
What you'll do in your day-to-day 🎯
- Identify target hotels (Mid Market and vacation) and qualify them according to their potential.
- Execute multichannel outbound strategies: calls, LinkedIn, and email.
- Connect with hotel directors, revenue managers, and reservation managers.
- Generate and qualify opportunities for the Business Development Managers.
- Understand and adapt your pitch to three different solutions: booking engine, Ring to Travel, and Price Seeker.
- Manage the pipeline in HubSpot with order, rigor, and judgment.
- Contribute to the improvement of playbooks, strategies, and sales discourse.
- Participate in training sessions and in the dynamics of the Hanbai team.
What we're looking for 👀
- 1–2 years of experience ideally in outbound sales.
- Real desire to grow in a demanding and well-structured sales environment.
- Ability to handle objections, generate demos, and open conversations naturally.
- Human connection: able to break the standard discourse and speak "person to person".
- Experience with HubSpot or other prospecting tools is valuable.
