 📋 What will you do in your day-to-day? 

  •  🎯 Lead Qualification (MQL to SQL): You will contact, qualify, and nurture incoming leads (Marketing Qualified Leads) to assess if they meet our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and have the need/budget/authority (BANT).
  •  📞 Nurturing Follow-up: You will develop and execute personalized follow-up sequences through calls, email, and LinkedIn for leads that need more information or time.
  •  🤝 Transition to the Sales Team: You will schedule and prepare demo/sales meetings for qualified leads (SQLs), ensuring a smooth and effective information transfer to the Account Executive (AE).
  •  📊 CRM and KPI Management: You will maintain an impeccable record of lead interaction in the CRM (HubSpot/Pipedrive), analyzing your conversion rates and achieving the KPIs of scheduled meetings and pipeline generated from Inbound.

 🧩 What we are looking for in you:

  • Experience in High-Volume Environment: Previous experience (6 months - 1 year) in an SDR or B2B sales role, preferably in SaaS or technology environments.
  • Service and Speed Orientation: Ability to handle a high volume of daily contacts and prioritize the follow-up of the most valuable leads.
  • Active Listening and Curiosity: Ability to quickly ask the right questions, understand the prospect's need, and communicate Genesy’s value.
  • Impactful Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, crucial for the first contact.
  • Tool Mastery: Hands-on experience with Sales Engagement and CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar), with Inbound workflow management being vital.
  • High level of Spanish (English is a must for international growth and necessary for the position).
  • Startup Mentality: Proactivity, organization, and an obsession with turning interest into opportunity.
