Your mission 🛰️

As a BDR (Business Development Representative), you will be the one to open doors: identifying new opportunities, discovering needs, and generating conversations with high-level decision-makers.
Your goal: schedule real and valuable demos, that address a specific pain and can become strategic projects.

You will work alongside the commercial and RevOps teams, with guidance from Hanbai, to build a solid, measurable, and rhythmic outbound engine.

What you will do day-to-day 🎯

  • Identify companies that need to improve their digital channel and offer tailored solutions.
  • Contact decision-makers (eCommerce Director, CTO, Purchasing, Operations).
  • Identify real pains and connect our capabilities with their objectives.
  • Schedule validated demos with the BDM and record all activity in Pipedrive.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize messages, cadences, and processes.

What we are looking for 👀

  • Experience in outbound B2B sales (ideal: SaaS, digital agencies, or tech services).
  • Ability to communicate with clarity and confidence.
  • Proactive mindset, focus on results, and a culture of individual responsibility.
  • Eagerness to learn, propose, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of tools like Pipedrive, Sales Navigator, or Apollo.
  • Native Spanish; English is a plus.
