🔥 Your day-to-day at Coverflex
- 📞 Multichannel prospecting: cold calls, emails, LinkedIn. You will open conversations with decision-makers and be the first spark of our growth.
- 🎯 Lead qualification: you will identify if there is a match with our ICP before passing it to the sales team.
- 💬 Personalization in workflows: you will know when to automate and when to connect directly and humanly.
- 💻 Impeccable management in HubSpot: clean pipeline, constant follow-up, clear reporting.
- 🤝 Real collaboration with marketing and sales: cross-feedback and continuous improvement of the pitch and message.
- 📈 Constant measurement and improvement: because at Coverflex we sell, learn, and repeat.
- 🏢 Attendance at industry events with the commercial team to generate offline impact.
🏆 What we are looking for in you
- ✅ 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales (ideally SaaS, HRtech, fintech, or insurtech).
- ✅ You are comfortable prospecting and generating pipeline from scratch.
- ✅ You are an expert in tools like HubSpot, Clay, Outreach, Sales Navigator…
- ✅ Bilingual or highly fluent in Spanish and English (we work in an international environment).
- ✅ Knowledge of sales cycles from 3 to 12 months and consultative processes.
- ✅ Driven by a growth mindset, well-organized, and with a positive attitude.
- ✅ Startup DNA: autonomy, focus, agility, and long-term vision.
