Business Development Representative (BDR), for Alojapro TravelTech Madrid

At Hanbai, we are working alongside Alojapro in the search for a Business Development Representative (BDR) in Madrid to drive their commercial growth in the Spanish market.

Alojapro is a hotel technology company specializing in its own booking engine and CRM for hotels, with in-house development and a strong focus on maximizing direct sales, conversion, and guest experience. Their offering combines advanced technology with a personalized attention model, allowing independent hotels and chains to optimize their commercial strategy without overly relying on third parties.

This project is in the expansion phase, so we are looking for an outbound profile with a strategic mindset, capable of generating real opportunities and actively contributing to the company's growth.

We are not looking for a "number dialer."

We are looking for someone who wants to understand a business, detect real opportunities, and generate meaningful conversations.

You will work on the launch and commercial growth of a proprietary technological solution for hotels: specialized booking engine and CRM.

🎯 What will you really do?

  • Prospect hotels and chains in Spain.
  • Analyze potential clients to understand their needs.
  • Detect where they are losing conversion.
  • Activate strategic conversations with Revenue Managers, Marketing Directors, and/or owners.
  • Generate real opportunities for the closing team.

✔ Previous experience as a BDR - outbound prospecting.

✔ Ability to generate volume without losing quality
✔ Understanding that "qualifying" is more important than "scheduling for the sake of scheduling"
