🎯 Role Mission
As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating new qualified business opportunities, connecting with potential clients (homeowners, investors, etc.) who are considering a high-value comprehensive renovation.
You will be the first impression of the brand and key in commercial expansion.
🧩 Responsibilities
- Detect and generate new business opportunities (mostly outbound)
- Manage the initial full sales cycle:
- First contact
- Qualification
- Home/Project visit
- Initial advice
- Preparation and presentation of indicative budget
- Initial closing
- Understand client needs and translate them into a viable proposal
- Coordinate with the technical team (architects, interior designers, project managers)
- Represent the brand during visits, conveying trust and professionalism
- Actively follow up until closing
- Keep the CRM updated
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process
🔍 Profile We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in sales, as BDR or BDM.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Presto.
- Highly valued experience in:
- Real estate
- Interior design/architecture/renovations
- Premium or consultative services
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Customer orientation and sensitivity towards personal projects (home)
- Ability to quickly build trust. Proactivity and growth mindset
