🎯 Role Mission

As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating new qualified business opportunities, connecting with potential clients (homeowners, investors, etc.) who are considering a high-value comprehensive renovation.

You will be the first impression of the brand and key in commercial expansion.

🧩 Responsibilities

  • Detect and generate new business opportunities (mostly outbound)
  • Manage the initial full sales cycle:
    • First contact
    • Qualification
    • Home/Project visit
    • Initial advice
    • Preparation and presentation of indicative budget
    • Initial closing
  • Understand client needs and translate them into a viable proposal
  • Coordinate with the technical team (architects, interior designers, project managers)
  • Represent the brand during visits, conveying trust and professionalism
  • Actively follow up until closing
  • Keep the CRM updated
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process

🔍 Profile We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in sales, as BDR or BDM.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and Presto.
  • Highly valued experience in:
    • Real estate
    • Interior design/architecture/renovations
    • Premium or consultative services
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Customer orientation and sensitivity towards personal projects (home)
  • Ability to quickly build trust. Proactivity and growth mindset
