Your mission

You will be the key piece in the expansion of MK & Sports. As a Business Development Manager, your role will consist of generating new business opportunities, managing the sales cycle from start to finish, and building strategic relationships with companies that want to enhance their corporate culture through sports.

Your responsibilities

  • Prospecting & lead generation: Identify and contact companies that fit with our corporate sports events.
  • Pipeline management: Turn opportunities into clients through a consultative strategy, ensuring a personalized experience.
  • Negotiation & closing: Close deals with companies that want to make sports their strategic ally.
  • Loyalty & upselling: Maintain long-term relationships with clients, maximizing their participation in our events.
  • Internal collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations to align event acquisition and execution strategies.

What we look for in you

  • Experience in B2B sales (ideally in events, marketing, or sports)
  • Commercial and negotiation skills: you are a natural closer.
  • Proactivity and hunter mentality: you love going out to find opportunities.
  • Ability to manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Creativity & strategic thinking: each client is unique, and you will know how to offer them the best solution.
  • Passion for sports and events (if you play paddle or soccer, you've got extra points!).
