You will be part of the Hanbai team, working exclusively on the Nexho project, with structured methodology, defined playbooks, and constant support.

As a BDM in the Nexho project within Hanbai, your responsibility will be to accelerate growth in Spain through the generation, development, and closing of new business opportunities.
You will lead the complete consultative sales cycle in a technological environment applied to hospitality.
You will be responsible for turning conversation into opportunity, and opportunity into agreement.
📞 Strategic Multichannel Prospecting: cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and sector networking.
🎯 Advanced Qualification: detect real fit with the ICP and understand the client's structural needs.
💼 Management of the Complete Sales Cycle: from opening to closing, including negotiation.
💬 Consultative Selling: understand the client's business model and adapt the value proposition.
💻 Rigorous CRM Management: structured pipeline, clear forecast, and methodical follow-up.
🤝 Coordinated Work with Marketing and Sales Team: continuous improvement of discourse and processes.
📈 Analysis of Metrics and Constant Optimization.
🏢 Presence at Hospitality Sector Events: generating offline impact with the team.
✅ 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, technology applied to hospitality, or digital platforms.
✅ Experience managing sales cycles of 3 to 12 months with a consultative approach.
✅ Ability to generate pipeline from scratch and close complex opportunities.
✅ Solid handling of CRM and prospecting tools (HubSpot, Outreach, Sales Navigator, or others).
✅ Experience managing multiple accounts at different stages of the funnel.
✅ Growth mindset, autonomy, and organization.
