Are you motivated by B2B sales, acquiring urban development promoters, and closing strategic marketing agreements for new construction developments? 

Huspy is an international proptech company in full expansion, transforming the real estate sector through technology and a unique value proposition for new construction marketing. We are looking for Business Development Managers, with deep knowledge of the real estate promotion business, to attract promoters and developers and bring new developments to our platform in Madrid, Valencia, Seville, Malaga, and Alicante 

What will you do? 

  • Attract real estate promoters and new construction developers through strategic prospecting, networking, and industry relationships. 
  • Manage the complete sales cycle with promoters: first contact, needs detection, presentation of the value proposition, negotiation of terms, and closing of marketing agreements. 
  • Work with senior interlocutors (commercial management, promotion management, management). 
  • Lead the onboarding of the captured developments in coordination with internal teams. 
  • Conduct periodic follow-up of the developments to maximize sales results and promoter satisfaction. 
  • Manage and prioritize your sales pipeline autonomously and strategically.
  • Record and report all sales activity in the CRM. 
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve processes, value proposition, and sales results. 

What we are looking for 

  • 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the real estate sector, focusing on new construction
  • Previous experience working with urban development promoters or large real estate companies.
  • Deep knowledge of the real estate promotion cycle and marketing of developments. 
  • Proven ability to manage complex and high-value sales cycles.
  • Clearly a hunter profile, with a strong orientation towards closing and objectives. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influence skills with senior profiles.
  • Used to working with metrics, KPIs, and CRM. 

It will be a plus if... 

  • Previous experience in promoters or large companies in the sector such as Aedas, Metrovacesa, Neinor, Pryconsa, Gilmar or similar. 
  • Active network within the real estate promotion ecosystem. 
  • Experience in proptech, new construction marketing, or real estate platforms.
  • Ability to detect market opportunities and provide strategic improvements.
