Digital Business Development Executive
🚀 About the role
We are looking for a Digital Business Development Executive with a 100% hunter-oriented profile. Your objective will be to drive proactive sales of advertising solutions beyond traditional banners. If you love being on the street, opening doors and generating business from scratch through emerging formats such as branded content, podcasts or social networks, this is your challenge. We are seeking someone with street-smart and relational intelligence, capable of defending their portfolio in a competitive and dynamic environment.
🎯 Main mission
Lead the acquisition of new clients (direct advertisers and agencies) and develop tailored business projects, managing the sales cycle with full autonomy from prospecting to closing.
🛠 Main responsibilities
- Active prospecting and acquisition of new accounts, supported by market knowledge and constant door-opening.
- Design and sell comprehensive (360°) projects that combine high-value supports: branded content, podcast sponsorships, social media campaigns, events and video.
- Manage the full sales cycle: opening, elaboration of the consultative proposal, negotiation and closing the deal.
- Collaborate closely with Content, Marketing and Product teams to ensure execution excellence.
- Record and keep all commercial activity and the pipeline up to date using HubSpot CRM rigorously.
✅ Must Have
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of B2B commercial experience in digital sales (native media, content platforms, adtechs or media/creative agencies).
- Pure hunter mindset: proactive, autonomous and accustomed to generating new business.
- Proven experience selling non-conventional digital formats (profiles focused only on banner sales or passive institutional management will be discarded).
- Mastery of the digital advertising ecosystem, metrics (CPM, CPC, etc.) and new monetization trends.
- Emotional and relational intelligence to navigate and defend one's business ethically within a highly competitive team.
⭐ Nice to Have
- Active client portfolio and network in the Spanish advertising ecosystem.
- Familiarity and prior experience using HubSpot CRM in daily work.
- Professional English level (B2).

- Perfil: Autonomous commercial who enjoys visiting clients more than staying in the office.
- Modalidad: On-site in Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid) with 1 day of remote work per week.
Rango salarial: Fixed + highly competitive variable linked to achieving objectives.
