What you will do 💼

  • Complete management of the sales cycle for key accounts at an international level, being responsible for a crucial part of our “new business” billing.
  • Act as a strategic partner for our clients, deeply understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions that provide real value.
  • Coordinate with the Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure the best experience and satisfaction for our clients.
  • Represent the voice of the customer within the company, providing strategic feedback to continue improving our offering.
  • Maintain a structured follow-up of each account through our CRM, ensuring a smooth sales process and the best long-term relationship management.
  • Travel regularly to meet with strategic clients and attend international events, trade shows, or key presentations, strengthening relationships and generating business opportunities.

What we are looking for 🔎

  • Previous experience of 3+ years in B2B account management, preferably in SaaS environments or industries with a focus on consultative sales.
  • Advanced English (C1), as the accounts will be mainly international.
  • Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation and high-level relationship management, with the ability to handle complex negotiations and close strategic deals.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and anticipate client needs.
  • Startup mindset: flexible, proactive, and with a strong focus on both personal and team growth.
  • Availability to travel recurrently, both nationally and internationally.
