Your mission 🛰️
As a Business Developer Manager at Ebolution, your mission will be to turn opportunities into clients.
You will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle—from first contact to signing—building trust relationships with high-level decision-makers and offering digital solutions that create a real impact on their business.
You will work hand in hand with the technical team (engineering and presales) to define solid proposals and with the Hanbai team as a strategic partner in demand generation.
What you will do day-to-day 🎯
- Conduct consultative sales processes in B2B eCommerce projects and custom digital developments.
- Lead the complete sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with the sales engineer to define requirements and technical roadmap.
- Present and defend proposals to decision-makers (eCommerce Director, CTO, CFO, Purchasing).
- Manage the pipeline in Pipedrive, with realistic reporting and forecasting.
- Maintain active follow-up on opportunities and add value in each interaction (ROI, insights, cases, benchmarks).
- Provide continuous feedback on ICP, pricing, and commercial messaging.
What we are looking for 👀
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B consultative sales of digital or technological services.
- Ability to interact with C-level profiles and skill in building trust.
- Experience managing sales cycles of 4–6 months.
- Strategic, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
- Practical knowledge of CRM (Pipedrive, HubSpot) and prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, Apollo).
- Proactive, decisive, and collaborative attitude: someone who gets involved, leads, and enjoys closing.
- Native Spanish; English is valuable for future international development.
