Your mission 🛰️

As a Business Development Manager B2B, your mission will be to develop, close, and consolidate strategic alliances with international partners in LATAM and the United States.

You will be responsible for opening markets, building long-term relationships, and turning the project into a preferred option for sports academies, international schools, educational placement agencies, clubs, and organizations working with young talent.

It's not about selling quickly, but about convincing effectively. Consultative sales, complex agreements, and decisions that affect dozens —sometimes hundreds— of young people each year.

What you will do in your day-to-day 🎯

  • Prospect and develop new B2B opportunities in LATAM and the USA (academies, schools, clubs, educational agencies, international brokers, etc.).
  • Manage a complete B2B funnel: prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, closing, and follow-up.
  • Maintain strategic conversations in English and Spanish with decision-makers (founders, academic directors, sports directors, expansion managers).
  • Present and adapt the value proposition according to the partner: academic, sports, residential programs, short/long stays, collaboration models, and revenue share.
  • Design commercial proposals and medium to long-term collaboration agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper execution of closed agreements.
  • Register and manage all commercial activity in HubSpot, with order, method, and criteria.
  • Provide strategic feedback on the market, pricing, recurring objections, and improvement opportunities.

What we are looking for 👀

  • Solid experience in consultative B2B sales, ideally in education, sports, international programs, student mobility, or premium services.
  • Very high English level (C1 or native), essential for negotiating with international partners.
  • Ability to open markets and build trust relationships with senior interlocutors.
  • Skill to explain and advocate for a complex and high-value product, with rigor and strategic vision.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with control of pipeline, closed deals, and real follow-up.
  •  Builder profile: comfortable creating processes, commercial discourse, and structure from scratch.

Valuable ⭐

  • Previous experience working with LATAM or the United States.
  • Knowledge of the international education, grassroots sports, or high-performance sports ecosystem.
  • Having participated in the creation or expansion of international strategic alliances.
