🚀 We are looking for a COMMERCIAL DELEGATE in Barcelona for Cabe Trasteros! 📦💨

Are you coming from the self-storage sector, the real estate sector, or are you passionate about active selling? If you are a digitalized, autonomous commercial profile who hates sitting at a counter waiting for clients to walk in... this is your project!

At Hanbai we accompany Cabe Trasteros, a company of smart storage units in full hypergrowth, in the search for its next commercial for Barcelona.

🎯 What will your day-to-day be like?

  • 360º Lead management: Contact and follow-up with interested clients (inbound) and proactive prospecting (outbound).
  • Impactful sales visits: Both in-person and virtual/telepresence.
  • Closing and loyalty: Support the client until signing and ensure excellent post-sale service.
  • Center supervision: Regular travel around the Barcelona area to ensure good condition and control of assets.

💼 What we look for in you?

  • Experience in active selling: We highly value proactive selling, door-to-door or street commercial management (very desirable if you come from companies like Bluespace or similar).
  • Digital DNA and Autonomy: You will work combining remote work with visits to centers, so self-management is key.
  • Languages: Catalan desirable for fluent communication with local clients.
  • Working hours flexibility: Monday to Friday (9:00 to 18:00), with availability to cover 1 to 2 weekends per month.
