📋 Your Mission: Consultative Sales and Turnkey Projects
Your goal will be to be the technical link between the client's needs and our production capacity in strategic markets (Iberia and International):
- 360º Cycle: You will lead from prospecting and technical prescription to contract closure.
- Technical Consultancy: You will advise C-level profiles on packaging and processing lines. Your superpower will be "translating" complex technology into profitability for the client.
- New Horizons: You will identify opportunities in booming sectors, such as pistachio, and consolidate our versatile packaging machinery.
- Loyalty and After-sales: You will detect cross-selling and spare parts opportunities to ensure the continuity of the equipment.
🧠 The Profile We Are Looking For
We are looking for the perfect balance between technical solidity and business "hunger":
- Education: Technical Industrial Engineering or similar (essential for understanding layouts and regulations).
- Experience: Solid track record in B2B technical sales of machinery and packaging lines, with the ability to manage complex projects and tailor-made solutions for the food industry.
- English and Spanish: Fluent/negotiation level.
- Valuable: French, Italian, or Portuguese.
- Highly valuable previous experience in packaging machinery and packaging, thermo-sealers, fillers, agro-food process automation, or complete line engineering.
- Soft Skills: Ability to manage complex projects, proactivity, and great adaptability to digital tools (CRM).
