🚀 Agency & Sales Lead – Storimake 📍 Madrid
At Hanbai we are assisting Storimake in the search for an Agency & Sales Lead to lead the development of strategic relationships with agencies and large accounts.
Storimake is building a new way to produce content for brands and advertising and communication agencies. Its CaaS (Content as a Service) platform allows companies to scale content creation quickly, easily, and flexibly, combining on-demand production with SaaS functionalities for B2B clients.
The project is entering a key stage: the model is already validated, and now the focus is on working to scale it.
For this, we are looking for a senior figure who knows the agency world from the inside and can open, develop, and consolidate strategic relationships with agencies and large accounts.
🎯 Your mission
Be the person who leads the relationship between Storimake and the world of advertising and communication agencies.
Your goal will be to open new opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and grow the business with agencies and large accounts, combining commercial, relational, and strategic vision.
It is not a pure commercial role nor an isolated operational role. It is a hybrid and senior position, with weight in business, client relations, and model evolution.
🧩 Responsibilities
- Open and develop relationships with agencies and large strategic accounts.
- Act as the main interlocutor with senior profiles in client and agency (accounts, management, production, marketing).
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Design and consolidate strategic partnerships with agencies.
- Connect client needs with internal teams (operations, production, product, and technology).
- Provide strategic vision based on real agency experience.
- Contribute to the development of the Storimake model, including the evolution of the platform and the automation of processes with clients and suppliers.

A profile that understands how the agency world works from the inside and feels comfortable engaging in strategic conversations with demanding clients.
Essential
- +10 years of experience in the agency sector (advertising, communication, content, production, or digital).
- Experience opening and leading large and complex accounts.
- Having worked with demanding brands and real agency structures.
- Ability to engage in strategic conversations with senior profiles.
- Partnership and long-term relationship mindset.
- Business vision, autonomy, and judgment.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
We especially value
- Having held roles such as Account Director, Client Lead, Business Director, or similar.
- Having a network of contacts within the agency world.
- Understanding the current challenges of content production: volume, timings, quality, and coordination.
