Account Executive (SaaS B2B)
Location: Madrid, Spain (hybrid model – 2 to 3 days per week in the office, Chamberí area)

At Hanbai, we are collaborating with Piper in the search for a high-performing Account Executive, with a closer mindset and a strong entrepreneurial spirit typical of a startup.
About Piper
Piper is an early-stage SaaS startup that helps sales teams improve their productivity and accelerate their growth.
We are at a key expansion stage and are looking to incorporate an Account Executive who will become the sales team reference and directly contribute to the company's growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle sales: prospecting, qualification, demos, negotiation, and closing.
- Generate and maintain own pipeline, combining delivered leads with self-generated opportunities.
- Close new business opportunities
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth onboarding and effective client transition.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing by providing direct feedback from the market, clients, and sales process.
- Participate in defining Piper's sales processes, metrics, and playbooks.
- Represent Piper at events, networking, and forums in the SaaS ecosystem.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or Sales Closer in SaaS B2B.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience in consultative B2B sales with medium or long sales cycles.
- Experience selling to C-levels, Sales Directors, or RevOps.
- Fluent English (professional level, spoken and written).
- Current residence in Madrid or availability to attend in person 2–3 times per week.

- Knowledge of SaaS processes and sales tools (CRM, HubSpot, Sales Engagement, etc.).
- Experience in startups or fast-growing environments.
- Network in tech or B2B ecosystems.
- Portuguese (highly valued).
- Previous experience selling to international markets.
