From Hanbai, we are looking for an AE for Haddock!
Haddock is a startup born in 2020 with a clear mission: to empower thousands of restaurateurs by giving them total and real-time control over their costs, margins, purchases, and inventory.
Its SaaS platform allows digitizing invoices and delivery notes with a simple photo, connecting to POS systems, generating automatic cost breakdowns, and offering a complete view of the profitability of each dish.
🎯 What will you do as an AE at Haddock?
You will be part of the sales team, helping to scale the company's growth at a key moment.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage the complete sales cycle
- Qualify leads
- Conduct personalized product demos
- Close deals with restaurants and hospitality businesses
- Guide new clients in their first steps
- Work as a team to improve processes
- Meet monthly KPIs (n
🧩 We are looking for someone like you if…
- You live in Barcelona (Hybrid work with 2 days of telecommuting per week)
- You are passionate about the hospitality, foodtech, or SaaS world
- You have worked (or understand well) how a bar, a restaurant chain, or a distribution company works
- You have experience in similar roles, in a similar sector
- You have experience or curiosity about the tech and sales world
- You are a person with energy, commercial focus, and team mentality
Must-haves:
- English B2 minimum
- Eager to learn and grow
- Results-oriented mindset: calls, demos, closures
- You are consistent, organized, and do not wait for others to tell you what to do
Extra points if:
- You have worked with tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
- You are interested in AI and its impact on business
