🚀 About the Role
The Account Managers team is key for Eltex. Their mission is to accompany the client from the closing of the sale to complete loyalty, managing incidents, doubts, expansions, and new business opportunities.
🎯 What will your mission be?
Ensure an excellent customer experience, resolving incidents, coordinating internal areas, and detecting additional sales opportunities.
🛠️ What will you do in your day-to-day?
- Manage a client portfolio from the commercial closing onwards.
- Resolve doubts, incidents, and follow up on the status of each project.
- Coordinate with technical, commercial, and operational teams.
- Manage product expansions (upselling and cross-selling).
- Call incoming leads to arrange commercial visits.
- Actively work on loyalty, referrals, and local ambassadors.
👀 What are we looking for?
- Problem-solving, empathetic profile with commercial attitude.
- Desire to "own" the client and build long-term relationships.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate with different areas.
- Previous experience in customer success, account management, or customer service (valuable).
- Spanish is essential. English and Catalan are a plus (not excluding).
- Positive attitude, energy, and commitment to the project.
