The Mission

You will work for one of the most dynamic B Corp in Spain, recognized as the reference solution in optimizing patient experience. After consolidating a leadership position in the national market, we are looking for an Account Executive with a commercial "edge" to transform the dental sector. 💎

Your mission is clear: take the baton from our demand generation team, conduct masterful demos for clinics and groups, and ensure that each client understands how our technology boosts their profitability and loyalty. 📈

What impact will you have?

  • High Impact Closing: You will lead the commercial meeting (demo) from start to finish, transforming qualified leads into new clients. 🤝
  • Consultative Discovery: You will identify the real "pains" of each clinic to tailor our solution to their workflow. 🔍
  • Pipeline Management: You will maintain thorough control of your opportunities in CRM, optimizing the win-rate and shortening sales cycles. ⚙️
  • Results Culture: You will work closely with the Team Lead to exceed quarterly revenue targets. 📊

Who are we looking for?

  • Track Record: +3 years in B2B SaaS sales (Closing). We positively value experience from dynamic environments (Startups/Scaleups). 🧠
  • Negotiation Skills: You are an expert in handling objections and naturally guiding the client towards "yes." 🗣️
  • Languages: Bilingual Spanish and Catalan valued. ✈️
  • Digital Proficiency: Advanced CRM user (HubSpot) and accustomed to working with KPIs. 💻
  • Cultural Fit: Ambitious profile with a continuous improvement mindset. 🦁
