Your mission 🛰️

As an Account Executive at Kintai, your mission will be to lead the full cycle of consultative sales, from the first analysis of the client's financial needs to closing deals with high-level decision-makers (CFOs, CEOs, and founders).

You will translate complex treasury situations into clear and actionable solutions, helping each company find the financial oxygen they need to move forward.

It is a role where discretion, clarity, and the ability to turn strategic conversations into concrete decisions matter.

What you will do in your day-to-day 🎯

  • Hold consultative conversations with financial decision-makers about their situation, needs, and liquidity goals.
  • Identify treasury tensions, cash peaks, or banking limits to propose solutions based on working capital financing.
  • Adapt Kintai's value proposition to each company's profile and operational context.
  • Support clients throughout the process, collaborating with the analysis and risk team to structure operations.
  • Manage your commercial pipeline with rigor, clarity, and foresight.
  • Provide market information, detect patterns, and contribute to the development of the commercial strategy.
  • Participate in internal dynamics, case analysis, and continuous improvement sessions of the team.

What we are looking for 👀

  • Experience in consultative B2B sales, ideally in fintech, alternative financing, banking, consulting, or professional services.
  • Ability to understand financial conversations and speak competently with executive profiles.
  • Skill to conduct deep discoveries and transform complex needs into clear proposals.
  • Hunter mentality and business orientation in all phases of the commercial cycle.
  • Analytical profile, autonomous and comfortable working in dynamic and developing environments.
  • Maintain close and trusting relationships with clients, acting as a reference advisor in financing solutions.

Valuable

  • Experience with CRM (HubSpot or similar).
  • Experience working with SMEs or medium-sized companies.
  • Knowledge of financial statements or basic risk analysis.
  • Experience selling working capital products and a network of CFO contacts.
