The Role
Doofinder is looking for self-motivated and dedicated Account Executives to join the sales team, covering either the USA market or the UK market.
You will be responsible for driving new business acquisition in your assigned market, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You will work closely with Sales Specialists and internal stakeholders to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
This role is ideal for professionals who are comfortable with outbound sales, value structured sales processes, and want to grow within a solid SaaS project with real market traction.
🔎 Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the USA or UK market.
- Research prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and pain points.
- Design and execute acquisition strategies to generate new business.
- Collaborate with Sales Specialists to generate leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to prospects and clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to close deals effectively.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and provide accurate forecasts.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
📋 Required Skills and Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, primarily focused on SMBs.
- Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
- Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales KPIs (quotas, conversion rates, lead generation targets).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a consultative sales approach.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation software.
- Familiarity with inbound or content-driven sales methodologies.
- Valid EU work permit.
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS environments, especially e-commerce, search, or digital marketing solutions.
- Background in fast-growing tech companies or high-growth contexts.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and report on sales performance metrics.
- Familiarity with search technologies or digital retail solutions.
- Experience conducting market and competitor analysis.

- Native or near-native English
- Experience selling into USA and/or UK markets is highly valued
