We are looking for a Administrative Manager – Financial Manager with experience in the comprehensive administrative, accounting and financial management of a company.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the administrative and financial area, ensuring control, organization and compliance with internal processes in coordination with the external accounting firm.

Main duties
- Comprehensive administrative management of the company.
- Accounting supervision in coordination with the external accounting firm.
- Invoicing, collections and payments control.
- Bank reconciliations and treasury monitoring.
- Direct relation with banking entities.
- Management of credit lines, financing lines and other financial products.
- Preparation of economic and financial documentation.
- Budget preparation and monitoring.
- Cost control and basic financial analysis.
- Document organization and compliance with tax and administrative deadlines.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Solid knowledge of accounting and business administration.
- Financial notions and experience in dealing with banks.
- Ability to autonomously and integrally manage the administrative area.
- Methodical, organized profile with a high level of responsibility.
