We are now looking for a Mortgage Advisor to join our sales team in Madrid and help us continue growing while transforming how people access their home.
What you will do at iAhorro 🛠️
- Analyze clients' financial situation and offer personalized advice on the best mortgage options.
- Accompany the client throughout the entire mortgage process, from first contact to signing, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
- Manage applications and coordinate with financial institutions to speed up loan approval.
- Keep up-to-date on market trends, interest rates and regulatory changes to always offer current and reliable information.
- Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service at every step.
What we look for 🔍
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or similar roles within the financial or real estate sectors.
- Solid knowledge of mortgage products, banking regulations and lending processes.
- Analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
Total customer orientation and ability to build trust.
- High level of English is desirable.
- ACI/LCCI Certification (valued).
