Your mission is to ensure processes are followed, vehicles are where they must be and profitability does not slip away due to lack of control. You will act as the rigorous filter between the commercial team, the workshop and the client, with the authority to halt operations that do not comply with internal regulations. 📈
What impact will you have?
- Master Planning Control: You will manage availability, entries and exits of vehicles with strategic vision. 📅
- Administrative and Financial Rigor: You will lead invoicing, collections, cash management and bad debt reclamation. Here detail and numbers matter. 💰
- Cross-Functional Coordination: You will be the bridge between the workshop (tracking immobilizations) and the sales team (contract renewals). 🛠️
- Client and Contract Management: From professional reception to the formalization of rental contracts, ensuring every delivery and return is impeccable. ✍️
- Control and Compliance Point: You will monitor that internal processes are followed, detect deviations and propose bold solutions to optimize the delegation. 🔍
