The Mission

At Covey, a national leader in rental solutions for industrial and commercial vehicles, we seek an Administrative/Commercial Clerk to be the operational heart and the face of our Murcia delegation. ✨

Your mission will be fundamental for the business: to act as the balance between rigorous administrative management and commercial development. From telephone and in-person attention to contract formalization and fleet control, you will ensure a fast, close, and high-quality service to exceed the branch objectives. 📈

What impact will you have?

  • Attention and Commercial Closure: You will attend to and advise clients (in person and over the phone), identifying their logistical needs, preparing attractive quotes, and closing reservations. 📞
  • Document Management and Contracts: You will lead the comprehensive administrative management of rental contracts, openings, returns, and basic invoicing, ensuring internal processes compliance. 📝
  • Fleet Control and Incidents: You will coordinate with workshop and operations the delivery and reception of vehicles, verify their physical condition, and record any incident or claim with rigor. 🛠️
  • Branch Financial Health: You will support cash flow control, maintain the client database, and proactively follow up and recover outstanding debts. 💰
  • Loyalty and Local Development: You will actively participate in local commercial actions to open the market and retain the current corporate and individual client portfolio. 🎯

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in customer service, sales, or administrative management. It will be highly valued to have worked in rent a car, renting, logistics, or official dealerships. 🧠
  • Multitasker and Dynamic Profile: Organized, methodical, and mentally structured, capable of resolving operational and commercial incidents simultaneously without losing focus. 🦁
  • Communication Skills: Excellent professional trato, service mindset, and natural ability to work in a team. 🗣️
  • Digital Proficiency: Fluent handling of office tools (Word, Excel) and prior experience reporting activity on CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar). 💻
  • Requirements: FP in Administration, Commercial Management or equivalent, and flexible schedule to adapt to center activity. ✍️
