The Mission

At Ürbag, we don't just sell bags or boxes; we design the tangible image of brands. After years leading the Beauty, Fashion, and Mass Consumption sectors, we are looking for a Strategic BDR with a commercial "nose" to open unexplored markets.

Your mission is clear: to be the prospecting engine that identifies where the next big opportunity is (from the nautical sector to the pet sector) and ensures that Marketing and Purchasing directors want to work with us. 📈

What impact will you have?

  • Market Exploration: You will research and filter databases from major fairs (IFEMA, Fira Barcelona) to identify high-potential leads. 🔍
  • Multichannel Prospecting: You will execute contact strategies via LinkedIn, email, and phone, bypassing filters to reach the right interlocutor. 📞
  • Agile Sales Management: You will lead the closing of stock product sales (recurrent and quick orders) autonomously. ⚙️
  • Technical Consultancy: You will train in materials and finishes to advise clients on which product best fits their budget and brand. 🎨

Who are we looking for?

  • Track Record: +3 years in B2B sales or business development (BDR). We highly value experience in environments where prospecting is "cold" digital or telephone. 🧠
  • "Hunter" Mentality: You are motivated by the challenge of opening closed doors and have bulletproof resilience to "no." 🦁
  • Impeccable Communication: You excel at writing proposals and handle executive calls with confidence. 🗣️
  • Languages: Bilingual/native Catalan (essential for the local market) and Fluent English (for our international expansion). ✈️
  • Digital Proficiency: Experience with CRM (Odoo) and sales automation tools. 💻

  • Work-Life Balance Hours: Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 6 pm. Friday intensive schedule until 2:30 pm (decided by team vote). 🕒
