EchoWi is a SaaS platform that monitors and optimizes brand visibility on AI-based search engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, or Claude. 🎯 Your Mission: Be the Technical and Strategic Reference
We are looking for someone to lead our optimization module and help build the category of AI Visibility.
- Main Objective: Accompany each client in their process of visibility optimization in LLMs, from the initial diagnosis to the optimized content strategy.
- Role: You will be the key figure combining technical consulting, content strategy, and support to the commercial team. It is not about selling, but about being the expert who conveys trust and knowledge.
⚡ What will you do in your day-to-day?
- Core Consulting: You will conduct visibility audits in LLMs, diagnosing the situation and maturity level of clients. You will design personalized roadmaps prioritizing impact and feasibility.
- Active Support: You will guide optimization by phases (technical errors, structured data, schema, and content) through periodic consulting sessions and educate clients on best practices.
- Technical Sales Support: You will support BDRs or closers in meetings with prospects, preparing preliminary diagnoses, and providing technical credibility with a consultative approach.
- Product and Knowledge: You will collaborate with the product to improve the module, stay updated in GEO, AEO, AIO, and create playbooks or internal guides.
🦁 What are we looking for in you?
We are looking for an expert profile with a continuous learning mindset:
- Solid Experience: Between 3 and 5 years in technical SEO (crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, Schema) and content strategy (keyword research, on-page optimization) working directly with clients.
- Mastery of Tools: Advanced handling of Google Search Console, GA4, Semrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Natural Communicator: You have the ability to explain complex technical concepts to CMOs and marketing directors, with clear client-facing experience.
- Languages: Native Spanish and a level of English C1 or higher.
- Bonus (Desirable): Experience in SaaS B2B, basic web architecture, knowledge about LLMs (RAG, NLP, embeddings), advanced JSON-LD, and handling of CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce.
