🏥 Sales Consultant – Pharmaceutical Sector (Strategy and Succession)

Are you an expert in negotiation with financial vision and leadership ambition?

In our firm, we don't just mediate transactions; we design the future of pharmacy offices in Spain. We are looking for a Senior Sales Consultant with a hybrid profile: the commercial aggressiveness of a "hunter" and the analytical capacity of a financial consultant.

This is not a conventional sales position. It is a strategic succession plan. We are looking for a professional who, within 2 years, is prepared to lead the firm's major operations, progressively taking over from the current management in closing high-ticket transactions.

Your Mission

Your goal will be the comprehensive management of the pharmacy office sales cycle: from proactive acquisition and economic viability analysis to final negotiation and securing bank financing, always ensuring "win-win" agreements.

Functions and Responsibilities

  • Strategic Acquisition: New business development through active prospecting, cold calling, and high-level telemarketing.
  • Financial Analysis: Interpretation of balance sheets, profit and loss accounts (P&L), and tax documentation to accurately assess each asset.
  • Advanced Negotiation: Lead complex meetings between buyers and sellers, managing expectations and closing balanced agreements.
  • Financing Management: Defend operations before banking institutions to ensure the financial viability of buyers.
  • Portfolio Management (ActiveCampaign): Rigorous use of CRM for opportunity tracking and pipeline optimization.

Ideal Profile: Requirements and Competencies

We are looking for a professional with a strong commercial character, autonomy, and a solid technical foundation.

  • Experience: Experience in real estate brokerage (buying and selling) or as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative with a consolidated network of contacts in Madrid.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Law. It is essential to have the technical ability to interpret financial statements.
  • Skills: Extreme proactivity and excellent public speaking and negotiation skills.
  • Mobility: Driving license and own vehicle required for visits (approx. 1 day/week of external activity).
  • Mindset: Collaborative mindset to fit into a team that prioritizes joint success over individual success.
