🧩 Your mission
You will be the person who connects all the dots between Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product. Your focus will be to ensure Kabilio's revenue engine runs like a Swiss watch: aligned processes, clear metrics, scalable tools, and teams rowing in the same direction.
🎯 What you'll do in your day-to-day
- Map and optimize the entire revenue funnel: from lead to expansion.
- Identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and implement them.
- Make our stack (CRM, automation, analytics…) a real ally, not a headache.
- Build dashboards that tell the truth of what's happening and help make quick decisions.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure the revenue strategy is always aligned.
- Experiment: pricing, upsells, new processes… nothing is set in stone.
- Maintain and optimize the current Hubspot funnel.
🕵️♀️ What we are looking for in you
- 3+ years of experience in RevOps or Commercial Operations (ideally in SaaS or tech environments).
- You are a data-driven person: you speak in KPIs and a dashboard doesn't scare you.
- You know how to work with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive…) and marketing automation/BI tools.
- You enjoy dismantling processes, optimizing them, and putting them back together better.
- Clear communication, eagerness to collaborate, and ability to connect with different teams.
- You know SaaS metrics by heart: MRR, CAC, LTV, churn…
Plus if:
- You have experienced the (beautiful) chaos of a growing startup.
- You are familiar with the accounting/tax world or, at least, it doesn't bore you.
- You are proficient in English for documentation and tools.
- Highly valued if you have previous experience in tech development and/or platform integration.
