The role of AE:

The SAE role at Applivery serves as the cornerstone of our Sales team, playing a pivotal role in representing our company to our largest clients. Your primary focus will be driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers. With a limited number of existing clients in their regular portfolio, your key performance indicator (KPI) will be centered around expanding our customer base.

💡 The Responsibilities: 

  • 🚀 Collaborate with SDRs and BDRs to target and engage strategic accounts.
  • 🎯 Primary objective: Qualify accounts, identify business challenges, and align Applivery's value with their needs.
  • 🛠️ Lead the sales process, guiding internal teams and prospects through stages: such as Demo, value presentation, proposal, and closing.
  • 📞 Outbound efforts: with BDR support and occasional cold calling.
  • 📣 Leverage marketing team resources: for digital marketing campaigns, events, and branding.
  • 📈 Monthly revenue and new customer quota attainment are expected.
  • 💡 Proactive involvement in various Applivery areas to contribute to sales revenue growth.

🌟 Ideal Candidate - Join Our Team!

  • ✔️Required at least 4 years of Sales experience plus: passion, attitude, and drive.
  • 🎓Educational background: The minimum requirement Bachelor's degree.
  • 📊Business acumen: keen business sense, problem-solving skills, and an understanding of aligning challenges with goals are ideal.
  • 📍We’re looking for talent based in Spain or within a timezone between UTC-2 and UTC+2 (we want collaboration to be smooth and efficient!).
  • 💻Technical exposure valued.
  • 🕵️Naturally inquisitive.
  • 🗣️Fluent in Spanish. 
  • 🗣️B2 level of English is a must, but if you’re rocking a C1 or C2, it’s a perfect match!
  • 🤗Team player: thrive in a high-energy sales environment and excel at teamwork.
  • 💬Effective communication skills and confidence in public speaking.
