At Homter, we are revolutionizing the real estate market in Spain by developing the role of the Buyer Agent. Our mission is to help buyers make a home purchase as safe and optimized as possible, offering comprehensive advice throughout the buying process (legal, cadastral, urban) and securing the best mortgage financing.
We have a well-defined operation, technological support tools, and the goal of growing and establishing the Buyer Agent as a reference in Spain.
What Will You Do? 🏠💰
You will be the commercial engine of the company, managing the full sales cycle of a highly consultative service.
- Prospecting and Contact: You will manage incoming leads through HubSpot.
- Consultative Sales: You will conduct discovery calls to validate the client and explain Homter's unique value proposition, advising on the buying and selling process.
- Simulation and Offer: You will prepare the feasibility simulation and the offer to the client.
- Closing Deals: You will negotiate and close the signing of the Docusign to authorize the brokerage
- Strategic Accompaniment: You will conduct intensive follow-up of opportunities, doing a "more heavy" follow-up on qualified leads who are deciding between brokers.
- Recording and Collaboration: You will record all commercial activity in the CRM, ensuring call quality and follow-up in the sales pipeline.
✅ What We Are Looking For:
- Education: Desirable in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar. Not essential if compensated with experience and great commercial instinct. 🎓
- Experience: Minimum +2 years in B2C sales (essential), preferably in the real estate or financial/mortgage sector. 💼
- Knowledge: Basic knowledge of finance/mortgages and real estate concepts (simple note, cadastral record, deposit contracts, etc.) are valued.
- Digital Tools: Proficiency with CRMs. 💻
- Profile: We are looking for a startup salesperson: Proactive, organized, results-oriented, adaptable, with great commercial instinct and a clear ability to navigate and seize opportunities at the right time.

- You demonstrate a high capacity for analysis and calculation of percentages and financial viability. 🧩
- You have a good level of English.

- Salary: Competitive Base Salary + High Variable (based on a % of the generated revenue - main KPI). We offer the possibility of having a very attractive compensation package. 💰
- Permanent Contract. 📄
- Work Model: Full presence at the beginning (4-6 months) to ensure complete onboarding and immersion in the culture and processes. Subsequently, flexibility/remote work is possible for profiles with good performance.
