📋 What will you do in your day-to-day?

💼 Manage your portfolio of professional firms and SMEs, building solid and trustworthy relationships.

📈 Identify expansion opportunities within each account: adoption of new features, upselling, and cross-selling.

🤝 Be the key point of contact for each client, understanding their challenges and aligning our solutions with their business objectives.

🎯 Ensure customer success throughout the entire lifecycle: from onboarding to advanced adoption phase.

🚀 Coordinate product onboardings with the team and the client, ensuring that setup, connectors, and first steps are completed smoothly.

🔍 Analyze usage and activity data to anticipate risks, identify improvements, and propose strategic actions.

🧩 Work hand in hand with product, support, and sales to ensure a seamless experience and accelerate client activation and growth.

📊 Create account plans, measuring impact and results.

🛠 Manage critical incidents with strategic vision and clear communication.

🧩 What we are looking for in you:

🎯 Previous experience: 2–3 years in roles such as Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, consultative sales, or account management in SaaS environments.

📚 Highly valued experience in tax, accounting, or professional firm environments, or knowledge of the advisory ecosystem.

🗣 Impeccable communication: clarity, empathy, and ability to influence and guide strategic conversations.

💻 Tools: experience with CRM and pipeline management; interest in data analysis.

🔧 Business orientation: you are capable of finding opportunities, understanding needs, and translating them into growth.

🚀 Total proactivity: you anticipate, propose improvements, and take care of every detail of the client relationship.
